| I purchased this item from amazon via buckingham nurseries last october but have only started to use it in the last few weeks.Straight away i was dissappointed with the height of cut on minimum setting.compared to my previous mowers the lowest cut left my grass far too long, making the 5 settings provided superfluos to requirements. normally on previous mowers of this type the lowest settings would scalp areas of my lawn and so could not be used.I have spoken to Draper help and technical and been advised that this is the route to complain.note, lowest setting on this mower is producing similar heighi to setting 3 on others |
